Ryan, a born and raised Nevadan, graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2003 with a degree in Liberal Arts.  His love for production began during the summer of his junior year when he was given the opportunity to be the Camera and Steadicam Operator for an independent film shoot in Stockton, CA.  This shoot along with his own projects fueled him to further his education in the industry.  After graduating, Ryan moved to Los Angeles and enrolled in the trade school Video Symphony where he completed the editing post production program.  His first professional job landed him at the Boeing Company, in Long Beach, CA for their Creative Services Department.  The company’s rich resources helped refine his skills.  In 2006, Ryan was hired by Open Door Productions in Santa Monica, CA.  There he was able to continue his passion for editing and go back to his roots of production through producing and writing pilots and internet content.  While at Open Door his clients included Warner Bros., Sky One, Music Saves Lives, CMEG Entertainment and Mindshare.  In 2008, Ryan moved his family back home to Nevada where freelancing brought him to 808 Post and Production.  His time with 808 has seen him edit national and international spots and work with a diversity of projects and cliental.  In his free time Ryan enjoys movies, music and most of all his family and friends.
